The Jekyll Island Beach Village already has fourteen tenants and is 84% pre-leased.

The Jekyll Island Beach Village is beginning construction and should be completed by next summer.

The Jekyll Island Authority is revitalizing the island with several new projects, with the Beach Project being the final piece. The Westin Jekyll Island hotel is currently under construction, and the park space and convention center are already up and running.

Committed retailers to the Beach Village include Café Solterra, Fuse Fresh Frozen Yogurt, Kennedy Outfitters, Tonya’s Treasures, Cloister Collection, Ameris Bank and a signature restaurant for the Jekyll Island Seafood Company.

“Once open, the Jekyll Island Beach Village will be the center of activity for area guests and residents,” stated Richard Royal, Chairman, Jekyll Island Authority. “This beachside location is truly unique and will draw customers to the shops from across the coastal region.”
