2013 was the fourth consecutive record breaking year for international trade in Georgia

Georgia continues to climb the ladder of states for international trading activity.

A report from the U.S. Census Bureau shows that among the 50 states Georgia has climbed to #11 for international exports.

Meanwhile, the state is now #8 for international imports.

Governor Nathan Deal announced that this is the fourth consecutive record breaking year for Georgia trade.

“With such diverse geographical representation, Georgia companies can further cultivate business relationships,” said Deal. “This is another record-breaking year in international trade. I am proud to be governor of a state that is clearly at the forefront of global commerce.”
