Viracon to expand and create 125 jobs!

Governor Nathan Deal announced today that the leading glass fabricator, Viracon, will expand its current operations to Statesboro creating 125 jobs and investing $2 million in its facility!

Deal went on to say, “Georgia’s booming manufacturing sector makes it easy for leading global companies such as Viracon to remain competitive in Georgia. Having the tools to help existing business create high-quality jobs is important to keeping our state a leader in the international marketplace.”

The Statesboro facility is 330,000-square-feet and produces as well as fabricates architectural glass for construction projects across the U.S. This expansion will help commercial activity along the Atlanta and Gulf coasts.
