Chestatee moved up in the Class AAAA rankings from No. 7 to No. 4 after winning the program’s first-ever Hall County Duals Championship. Chestatee took out Class AAAAA No. 8 Flowery Branch and North Hall en route to the crown.

Class AAAAAA No. 10 Meadowcreek remained in the rankings after three Mustangs took first place in the recent Tara Classic Invitational at Jonesboro High School. Meanwhile, it was quite the weekend for a team ranked just outside the polls as Mountain View knocked off Peachtree Ridge before topping No. 9 Wheeler and Woodland-Stockbridge. Class AA No. 8 Greater Atlanta Christian topped Mountain View Saturday. The Spartans of GAC moved up one spot with the victory while Wheeler slipped two spots.

Finally, Class A No. 10 Darlington kept its spot in the poll thanks to the team’s strong showing Saturday at the Darlington Invitational Tournament.
