Four Republicans are fighting for the chance to face four term Democratic Congressman John Barrow in the fall. GPB's Orlando Montoya spoke with each of the candidates and will present them this week in four interviews. Today, we hear from Grovetown State Representative Lee Anderson.

NAME: Lee Anderson
BORN: Columbia County
HOME: Columbia County
EDUCATION: Attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and Brewton Parker College
POLITICAL EXPERIENCE: Lee served on Columbia Board of Education and Columbia County Commission. He currently serves as a representative in the Georgia State House where he serves on the Agriculture Committee, the Transportation Committee and Natural Resources Committee.
CAREER: Lee runs his third generation family farm as a full time business. He also works with Rebel Auction in Hazlehurst, GA and served as President of Columbia County Farm Bureau for 27 years.
PERSONAL: Lee married his high school sweetheart, Donna Anderson. Lee and Donna are blessed with two children Ben and Katie. Lee is a Deacon at Powell Baptist Church.

HOW HE DISTINGUISHES HIMSELF: In his personal appearances, Anderson speaks frequently about his political experience. He's the only previously elected candidate.
