State officials are partnering with Facebook and WSB-TV to host an online safety forum for Georgia high school juniors and seniors, as well as teachers and parents.

Monday's forum will take place at 1 p.m. at Marietta High School.

WSB-TV will be streaming it live on its website so the forum can be available to students across the state.

Attorney General Sam Olens will be among those participating. He says "in this digital age, it is vital that teenagers understand how to protect themselves online."

Officials say the forum will address risks associated with social media engagement, online privacy, and reputation management on social media.

Brooke Oberwetter of the Facebook Public Policy Office and Assistant Special Agent-in-Charge Cynthia Adkins of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation will serve as panelists.
