Schools Have Millions To Spend
When Congress passed the bill last week, the governor’s office said it would like to hold onto the $322 million for next school year when stimulus dollars run out.

Students Return to Larger Class Sizes and Cut Programs
Many school systems throughout the state are starting the new school year this week. Some students are returning to larger classes, fewer programs and a shortened school year.
