Some career advisers say a personal website chronicling your work is better—and more dynamic—than a resume nowadays. The argument is that having a unique website dedicated to a job-seekers’ career accomplishments and work examples helps build a tightly focused, controlled brand. People can now enroll in health insurance on Healthcare.gov. The federal government unveiled upgrades to the site Sunday. “You don’t get these error messages that say you’ve put in your user name incorrectly. You don’t get all these messages that say, ‘Page Cannot Be Found,’” said Karla Johnson, a licensed healthcare navigator and director of community education for the consumer advocacy group Georgia Watch.
