Private Probation in Georgia

We explore the controversy over whether private companies supervising misdemeanor probation in Georgia are preying on indigent offenders. Is this a few companies abusing their power or is the for-profit incentive corrupting the system? We speak with Rhonda Cook from the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Jack Long, who is representing several probationers with cases pending before the Georgia Supreme Court, and we hear from the Georgia House floor about how the legislature is weighing in on the issue.
