The children hear how Mother Earth grows plants for eating and learn about the many different kinds of fruits and vegetables. They discuss what they like to eat, and Miss Rabbit encourages them to try more fruits and vegetables to grow healthy and strong. She explains how they can eat fruits and vegetables at mealtimes as well as for snack

This Kindergarten through 5th grade activity is based on the popular game show, Minute to Win It! Students form into groups of 4-5 and perform various exercises for one minute in order to gain points. Different exercises such as hopping on one foot and squat thrusts are worth different point values. As a bonus the last activity is worth double points.
