In the spirit of the Olympics games, GPB Creative Services’ Producer John Cherok gets in shape and goes for the Gold as a member of the Roswell Adult Swim Team. This team is currently undefeated and recently won the 2012 Atlanta Swim Team League Championship at Georgia Tech. You can catch this team under the direction of Coach Kyle Smith practicing at the Roswell Recreation and Parks Natatorium. You know what they say… Swimming is the Best all around exercise that there is! And you are never too old to learn how to swim or compete! Most Local Natatoriums offer swim lessons to all ages stating from 3 months to adult classes. City of Atlanta Pools offer major discounts based off residency. So, as the Olympic games continue on, find a local pool and lets get in shape!
