Cody Brown rushed for 138 yards, including a successful fake punt, and scored three touchdowns to help Parkview to a 40-21 win over Colquitt County in a game shown on GPB's Football Friday's in Georgia. 

The Panthers (11-1) outscored the Packers (9-3) 30-0 in the second half and advance to the quarterfinals to face Archer. 

Parkview quarterback Jordan Williams completed 14 of 20 passes for 240 yards, eight of them to C.J. Daniels for 113 yards.

Parkview defense was the difference in the second half. They did not allow a first down until the fourth quarter, came up with an interception and a fumble and wound up with seven sacks.

“We made a couple of adjustments and collectively our defense stepped up,” Godfree said. “We talked about how important that first possession was coming out of the half. And our kids stepped up and fought and made plays all night long.”
