Make That Kid An Offer: November 30

GPB Sports is looking for Georgia high school football players who are having a great season and career but who may need a little help getting noticed by recruiters. If you, or someone you know, doesn’t have an offer or may just be looking for a bigger offer, tell us your story. Send the details on what you've done over your career, along with your video highlights to GPBSports@gpb.org. If you’re selected we may feature you on our Recruiting 2020 Show Fridays at 7 pm on GPB.
Here are our nominees this week.
Keith Adams Jr., Cherokee, RB, JR
Adams is a 5’10” 210 LBS Junior Running Back at Cherokee High School. He is at the top of 7A rushing leaders, playing against one of the toughest schedules in the state. These games included Rome, Cartersville and the Corky Kell Classic vs Carver (Atlanta). Adam’s dad, Keith Adams, was an excellent player at Clemson. This season, he has had 1,189 carries, 1,246 yards and 14 touchdowns. He currently has offers from Middle Tennessee State and Georgia Southern.

Tyrease Jones, Brunswick, WR, SR
Jones is a 5'11” 155 LBS Wide Receiver at Brunswick High School. He has a 3.0 GPA. Jones is number one in the region and in 6A for touchdowns. He has a total of 12. He plans to continue his career on the field at the collegiate level.

Zack Tumminia, Milton, DT/ FB, SR
Tumminia is a 6’1” 280 LBS Defensive Tackle and Fullback at Milton High School. As a sophomore, he started on Milton’s state championship team in their 14-13 win over Colquitt County. As a junior, he was Second Team All-Region and Georgia Defensive Lineman of the week. He is a 3-sport letterman in football, lacrosse and wrestling. Tumminia is interested in pursuing a career as a pilot.

Logan Estes, Northgate, ILB/OLB, SR
Estes is a 5’11” and 205 LBS Middle Linebacker and Outside Linebacker at Northgate High School. Currently, he has a 3.54 cumulative GPA and has maintained Honor Roll status throughout high school. In college, he wants to study Business/ Sports Management. Estes’ accomplishments this year on the field include, 2020 pre-season honorable mention in region 5A. He had 77 tackles - 55 solo, 22 assists, three tackles for loss, one sack and two pass break ups as of November 18.

Ashaud Roberson, Richmond Hill, RB, SR
Roberson is a 5’8” 180 LBS Running Back at Richmond Hill High School. He runs a 4.45 40 and is 2x First Team All-Region player in 2AAAAAA. Roberson is the 6A leading rusher, with 100+ yards in 10 games for a total of 1,407 yards. He holds the school record with 1,400 yards in a season and is second in the state for rushing yards. He currently has three D1 offers from Jackson State, Alabama State and Tennessee State.

James Smith, Collins Hill, TE/ DE, SR
Smith is a 6’3” 250 LBS Tight End and Defensive End at Collins Hill High School. At Defensive End, Smith is leading his team in tackles (top 5 in the state) and I believe the only defensive lineman even on the list. He leads the state in tackles for loss.

Tripp Richardson, Harrison, QB, SR
Richardson is a 5’11’ 170 LBS Quarterback and Free Safety at Harrison High School. He is a quick dual-threat QB, who also highlighted on defense as safety during his career. Richardson is a cerebral player with a true love of the game. His zeal for his teammates and coaches, along with his athleticism and ability to play multiple positions, make him a great all-around athlete and teammate.

Rontayev’on Grant, Archer, RB, SR
Grant is a 5' 10" 179 LBS Running Back at Archer High School. He has dealt with adversity since he began playing football and has attended three different high schools in four years due to his fathers military career. Despite being new to the Archer program, Grant has adjusted well. Some of his career stats include, 832 total rushing yards, nine rushing touchdowns and 175 kickoff return yards.
