Here are some of the top high school football performances that took place around Georgia from Week 1.
Damari Alston, RB, Woodward Academy: Rushed 24 times for 156 yards and one touchdown and caught two passes for 47 yards in 17-14 win over Eagle’s Landing Christian.
Jacurri Brown, QB, Lowndes: Completed 10 of 18 passes for 163 yards and three touchdowns and rushed 24 times for 146 yards and one touchdown in 34-28 loss to Walton.
Malcolm Brown, RB, Warner Robins: Ran 32 times for 131 yards and one touchdown in 48-20 win over Valdosta.
Hayden Clark, QB, Mill Creek: Completed 14 of 24 passes for 235 yards and three touchdowns in 43-10 win over Parkview.
Josh Cole, RB, Fellowship Christian: Ran 25 times for 168 yards and two touchdowns and had four solo tackles in 31-21 win over Christian Heritage.
David Dallas, QB, Trinity Christian: Completed 12 of 15 passes for 182 yards and three touchdowns and carried 10 times for 72 yards in 59-7 win over Athens Academy.
Bailey Dameron, WR, Dawson County: Caught six passes for 109 yard and one touchdown in 27-19 loss to Cass.
Ashton Daniels, QB, Buford: Competed 12 of 16 passes for 169 yards and two touchdowns in 35-27 win over North Cobb.
Armar Gordon, QB, Perry: Completed 18 of 28 passes for 304 yards and three touchdowns in 36-13 win over Houston County.
Justice Haynes, RB, Blessed Trinity: Rushed 26 times for 154 yards and two touchdowns in 34-6 win over Woodland.
Malik Harper, RB, Thomasville: Rushed 19 times for 164 yards and four touchdowns in 42-34 win over Brooks County.
Sam Horn, QB, Collins Hill: Completed 31 of 44 passes for 402 yards and three touchdowns and rushed for 34 yards and one touchdown in 36-10 win over Brookwood.
Tyler Hughes, QB, Marietta: Completed 17 of 35 passes for 302 yards and four touchdowns in 28-25 loss to Colquitt County.
Travis Hunter, WR/DB, Collins Hill: Caught 13 passes for 232 yards and two touchdowns, intercepted a pass and had one tackle for loss in 36-10 win over Brookwood.
Clay Hyatt, QB, Haralson County: Rushed 17 times for 168 yards, threw two touchdown passes and made 16 tackles in 43-24 win over Pepperell.
Tylan Johnson, RB, Johns Creek: Rushed 13 times for 141 yards in 26-10 win over Gainesville.
Geimere Latimer, QB, Sandy Creek: Completed 15 of 26 passes for 226 yards and ran for 79 yards and one touchdown in 24-3 win over Northgate.
Brandon Mathis, RB, Starr’s Mill: Rushed 14 times for 165 yards and two touchdowns, including an 87-yarder, in 28-14 win over Newnan.
Robert McNeal, QB, Bowdon: Completed 8 of 13 passes for 236 yards and rushed for 76 yards and two touchdowns in 34-14 win over Temple.
Jake Merklinger, QB, Calvary Day: Completed 15 of 26 passes for 252 yards and one touchdown and rushed for 75 yards in 21-13 win over Prince Avenue Christian.
Derrick Moore, WR, Archer: Caught five passes for 91 yards and one touchdown in 29-14 loss to Westlake.
Kevin Rochester, RB, North Hall: Rushed 22 times for 248 yards and one touchdown in 23-14 win over Paulding County.
David Renard, QB, Flowery Branch: Completed 7 of 16 passes for 133 yards and one touchdown and rushed 13 times for 116 yards and one touchdown in 21-14 win over St. Pius.
Zane Thornton, QB, Pelham: Completed 19 of 32 passes for 270 yards and one touchdown in 26-12 win over Mitchell County.
Selation Slaughter, QB, Monroe Area: Completed 9 of 14 passes for 197 yards and three touchdowns and rushed 24 times for 171 yards and one touchdown in 28-7 win over Loganville.
Malachi Singleton, QB, North Cobb: Completed 19 of 30 passes for 218 yards and three touchdowns and rushed 18 times for 63 yards and one touchdown in 35-27 loss to Buford.
Travion Solomon, QB, Northeast: Completed 10 of 14 passes for 187 yards and rushed for 63 yards in 33-28 win over Jones County.
Sutton Smith, RB, Walton: Rushed 14 times for 98 yards and two touchdowns, including the game-winner in overtime, in 34-28 win over Lowndes.
Keegan Stover, QB, West Forsyth: Completed 12 of 21 passes for 177 yards and four touchdowns in 38-8 win over Carver.
A.J. Swann, QB, Cherokee: Completed 14 of 18 passes for 247 yards and four touchdowns in 52-6 win over Mays.
Jai’Den Thomas, RB, Westlake: Rushed 19 times for 129 yards in 29-14 win over Archer.
Gannon Weathersby, DL, Westlake: Had eight tackles, two sacks and forced a fumble in 29-14 win over Archer.
Kaleb Webb, WR, McEachern: Caught six passes for 146 yards and three touchdowns in 53-20 win over Kell.
Christian Williams, RB, Norcross: Rushed 17 times for 172 yards and one touchdown in 42-30 win over Hillgrove.
