Make That Kid An Offer Nominees: Week of September 19

GPB Sports is looking for Georgia high school football players who are having a great season and career but who may need a little help getting noticed by recruiters. If you, or someone you know, doesn’t have an offer or may just be looking for a bigger offer, tell us your story. Send the details on what you've done over your career, along with your video highlights to GPBSports@gpb.org. Stats and accomplishments must be verifiable. If you’re selected we may feature you on our Recruiting 2022 Show Fridays at 7 pm on GPB.
Here are our nominees for the week of September 19, 2022:
Max Beverly, Vidalia, OT, JR
Beverly is a 6'4 265 LBS junior offensive tackle Junior at Vidalia High School. He currently is max benching 300 and his max squat is 400. Beverly has a 3.7 GPA and is am taking honors path courses. This year, Beverly was named by his coaches and teammates as one of the captains of the Vidalia Indians. The Indians are 4-0 right now under Coach Jason Cameron's leadership and our offensive line, coached by Coach Hamilton, has worked very hard at being a strong and unmovable unit. Beverly has averaged 82% on technique grade through six games and have also accumulated 32 knockdown blocks this year. Outside of football, he is a member of the BETA club and an active member in his church and youth group.

Isaiah Richardson, Collins Hill, ATH, SR
Richardson is a 6’5” 200 LBS senior athlete that plays wide receiver, tight end and outside linebacker at Collins Hill High School. This season, he is a two way starter for the defending state champs. Through 4 games, Richardson has been labeled a matchup nightmare as he ranks in the top three for receiving TD’s (3) in AAAAAAA Region 8. On the defensive side of the ball, he has seven total tackles, four tackles for loss and one sack. Many consider Richardson a long rangy defender that opposing teams must plan around. He desires to commit to a school “where he feels at home” with a great computer science program. Richardson currently has offers from Western Kentucky, Southern Illinois and Morehouse.

Sire Hardaway, Douglas, QB, JR
Hardaway is a 6’0 160 LBS junior quarterback at Douglas High School. He is game stats in four games are: 1328 passing yards, nine TD’s, four 78/104 for a 75% completion rate, QB rating of 133.5, 119 rushing yards with five TD’s and an average of 332 yards per game. Hardaway has been awarded: Harmony at Douglasville Player of the Week and The Georgia Construction Careers MVP Award. He has a 3.5 GPA. His hobbies include: drawing, watching anime, reading manga, designing apparel for my clothing brand Gifted Children, and playing video games.

Brady Tillman, East Coweta, WR, SR
Tillman is a 6’1 190 LBS senior wide receiver at East Coweta High Schoo. He had a phenomenal game in East Coweta’s first-ever win over Lowndes 49-34 on GPB. Tillman caught 8 passes for 201 yards and 5 TD and even threw a little pass back to QB Christian Langford to went for a 24-yard TD. He’s got 24 receptions for 470 yards this season and 10 TD and this is only his second year playing HS football which is one of the reasons he’s flown under the radar. Tillman is still looking for his first offer.

Cade Bates, Northgate, DE, JR
Bates is a 6’4 195 LBS junior defensive end at Northgate High School who is just now getting into the recruiting process. He is looking for that first offer. Having moved from OLB to DE this season, Bates had 15 total tackles, 2 TFL and 2 QB hurries. He’s long, tough and a quick striker.

Cosby Ellis, East Coweta, LB, SR
Ellis is 6’3 227 LBS senior linebacker at East Coweta High Schoo. He runs a 4.6 40. Ellis had a monster performance in East Coweta’s 49-34 win over Lowndes on GPB for the Indians first-ever win against the Vikings. Registered 15 tackles with 4 TFL and 4 QB sacks. Now has 44 tackles on the season for an average of nearly 9 per game with 6 TFL to go along with those 4 sacks and 2 forced fumbles. Drawn interest but still waiting on that first offer.
