Charles McCartherens, North Cobb, CB, SR
McCartherens is a 5’10 175 LBS senior cornerback at North Cobb High School. He had a dominating performance in the Warriors 33-6 win over then-No. 5 Walton on GPB-TV. He led the secondary that shutdown the Raiders high-powered passing game with 4 total tackles, 2 PBU and strip-forced fumble. McCartherens always covers the opponent’s No. 1 wide receiver and has 37 total tackles on the season with 4 TFL, 6 PBU, 2 FF and 1 FR. Coach Shane Queen calls McCartherens North Cobb’s top cover corner. Still looking for his first offer.

Cam Vaughn, Temple, QB, SR
Vaughn is a 6’3 190 LBS senior quarterback at Temple High School. His career stats are: 3,082 yards, 21 passing TD’s, 194 completions and an average of 123.3 passing yards per game. Coming into last weekend, he was considered the top Single-A1 rusher with 1,289 yards rushing this year as a dual threat QB. Vaughn just received his second D1 offer from Jacksonville State.

Robert McNeal, Bowdon, QB, SR
McNeal is a 5’10 155 LBS senior quarterback at Bowdon High School. Bowdon head coach Richard Fendley says he’s one of the top three players he's ever coached and should finish his career with every QB record on campus. He runs a 4.4 40 yard-dash and was a part of the Red Devils team that won back-to-back region titles. McNeal currently has offers from Mass, Navy, SEMO, and ETSU.

Quan Moss, Elbert County, RB, SR
Moss is a 6’1 205 LBS senior running back at Elbert County High School. His season stats so far include: 1,170 yards, 15 TD’s, and an average of six yards rushing per game. During his junior year in ten games, he had 1,254 and 11 TD’s. Off the field, he maintains at 3.5 GPA.

Jacob Ulrich, Mill Creek, P/K, SR
Ulrich is a 6’5 190 LBS senior punter and kicker at Mill Creek High School. His punting stats for the 2022 season so far include: 721 punt yards, 17 total punts, six field goals and an average of 42.4 yards per punt. Ulrich holds the school record for a season with his 40.27 punting average in 2021 and his 17 punts inside the 20 last season tied the school record with Brock Pellegrino, who currently punts for West Georgia. He also holds the school record for his 40.85 career punting average. Ulrich’s 56 yard field goal in the Corky Kell vs. Walton tied the school record with Brenton King, who kicks for Jacksonville State, and Matt Campbell.

Blake Battle, Whitewater, ATH, SO
Battle is a 5’9 155 LBS sophomore athlete at Whitewater High School. He has amassed over 500 rushing yards and over 200 passing yards, with four TD’s, one interception, two pass defenses, and two tackles for loss. Not only does he play football, but he also runs track, is a part of DECA, and a junior summer camp counselor at Discovery Point Child Development Center.

Cayman Prangley, Kennesaw Mountain, QB, SR
Prangley is a 6’2 215 LBS senior quarterback at Kennesaw Mountain High School. He has 1,519 passing yards with 18 TD’s and 277 rushing yards with 6 TD’s. He led the Mustangs to their first winning season/first playoff appearance/first playoff win. Kennesaw Mountain is 6-0 this season after their dominant win against Osborne this past Friday streamed on GPB.org. Prangley is a starter on the varsity basketball team. He also enjoys golf, basketball, and pickle ball. Outside of sports, he is a a part of the Missionaries of the Poor and St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store, where he has earned more than 350+ community service hours. Prangley maintains a 4.15 GPA.

Cameron Jones, Hillgrove, DB, SR
Jones is a 6’2 175 LBS senior defensive back at Hillgrove High School. He currently has no offers. During his varsity career, he has started eight games for the Hawks and contributed 23 solo tackles, eight assists averaging 3.9 tackles per game and defensed three passes. When he is not on the field, you can find him at the track nailing the triple jump. This athletic scholar brings the same passion and work ethic to the classroom. Cam is an honor student with a 3.6 GPA and a rigorous curriculum including honors science and math. He exceeds the national standards in General Management (NOCTI), and is a member of the National Society of High School Scholars. In his free time, he loves gaming, traveling with his family, and assisting his father with coaching the Hillgrove Youth Football League.
