The Mays Raiders and Creekside Seminoles will resume their spirited rivalry this week on GPB’s Football Fridays in Georgia broadcast. Kickoff is 7:30 p.m.

The series is tied 10-10 and Creekside has won the last two meetings, a pair of one- point victories. Three of the last four games have been decided by one point.

Creekside (1-2) got its first win of the season last week by routing Forest Park 65-0. Coach Maurice Dixon’s team had lost their first two games to nationally ranked out-of-state teams.

Mays (3-1) defeated Pace Academy 13-3 on Friday in the Region 4-4A opener. Coach Reggie Austin’s Raiders have beaten Stephenson and Douglass but lost to Hughes.
