(Event Date: Wed 03/08)   Pork Chop Productions and Augusta University’s Literacy Center present “The Emperor’s New Clothes” this Wednesday morning at 10 at the Maxwell Theatre on AU’s Summerville Campus. It’s an adaption of Hans Christian Anderson’s classic fairy tale--with a few twists and some new characters--that encourages audience participation. (Event Date: Sat 03/11)   Saturday morning at 8:30, The Greater Augusta Sports Council hosts the Insane Inflatable 5k—a fun fitness run made up of roughly a dozen inflatable obstacles designed to be accessible to everyone. It takes place at Diamond Lakes Park on Windsor Spring Road. A free Sportsfest & Wellness expo set up at Diamond Lakes Community Center runs from 10 ‘til 2:30. (Event date: Sat 03/11)   It’s Star Gazing Night this Saturday from 6:30 to 10pm at Phinizy Swamp Nature Park, presented by the Astronomy Club of Augusta. Guests can enjoy a vista of lunar craters and constellations, with telescopes and binoculars provided by the Astronomy Club. (Event Date: Mon 03/13)   The CREW and Indian Cultural Exchange--student organizations on the campus of Augusta University--host “Holi Fest” on Monday, March 13th on campus at the Science Field Lawn from 4 to 6pm. (Event Date: Tue 03/14)   The classical crossover group, Celtic Tenors, performs at The J.S. Hardin Performing Arts Center, on Evans Town Center Boulevard, Tuesday the 14th at 7:30pm.  The group stepped onto the world stage after an impromptu audition in Ireland 17 years ago.  Since signing their recording deal, their innovative musical interpretations have earned them a faithful following. (Event Date: Thu 03/16)   The 4th annual fundraiser for the Augusta Museum of History—“Night at the Museum”—takes place with two performances next Thursday, March 10th, at 6:00 and 7:30pm, at the Museum located downtown on Reynolds Street.
