It’s a nice spot to be in: you’ve been interviewing for jobs and now two companies have made you an offer.

An embarrassment of riches, really, especially in this economy.

Ah, but both of these companies are part of the same parent organization.

So how do you pick? And how do you politely turn down the other company? ‘Cause you’re probably going to have to work with them at some point.
