We’re all feeling more secure at work, more optimistic about the future, and a little less like we’ll do anything to keep our jobs.

So says a new quarterly look at employees' “engagement” from human resources and staffing firm Randstad.

Also interesting in the survey: nearly half (45 percent) of respondents said we still plan to explore new options once the job market picks up.
