I’ve talked before with our workplace guru Brandon Smith about how to find a new job and then how to gracefully exit your current workplace.

But what about when your boss is the one who’s leaving, you’re now faced with acclimating to a new manager who likely has a different way of doing things?

I must admit to some personal interest in this topic: our vice president of radio recently departed for a new opportunity. And while our news editor and the editing process remain unchanged, we will all soon have a new radio director overseeing our work.
