Celebrating the Library of Congress National Book Festival Author Talk: Silvia Moreno-Garcia
PBS Books and KERA, will host New York Times bestselling author, Silvia Moreno-Garcia to discuss her newest noir novel Velvet Was the Night (Del Rey).

In collaboration with KERA, PBS Books is honored to host this virtual engagement event with author Silvia Moreno-Garcia on August 24th as part of the dynamic, sequel partnership with The Library of Congress for the 2021 Library of Congress National Book Festival “Open a Book, Open the World.”
Silvia Moreno-Garcia is theNew York Times best selling author of the critically acclaimed speculative novels Mexican Gothic, Gods of Jade and Shadow, Signal to Noise, Certain Dark Things, and The Beautiful Ones; the crime novel Untamed Shore, and the forth coming noir Velvet Was the Night. She has edited several anthologies, including the World Fantasy Award-winning She Walks in Shadows (aka Cthulhu's Daughters).
