Join PBS Books for a virtual author talk with Annette Bay Pimentel and special guest an disability rights activist Jennifer Keelan-Chaffins, who climbed the steps of the Capitol building in Washington D.C. as a child to advocate for the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act. This program is part of the “Access for All: Advancing Girl Scouts’ Commitment to Disability Inclusion” and is presented in partnership with the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace and GPB.
