"Carl the Collector" Screening in Dalton
This event is aimed at children ages 4-8, and their families, but everyone is welcome! "Carl the Collector" is an exciting new PBS KIDS series, the first to feature central characters on the autism spectrum. It promotes diversity and friendship and celebrates each individual’s unique strengths.

Celebrate the premiere of this new PBS KIDS series in a location built to serve children who experience the challenges of developmental delays. There will be fun and educational challenges, sensory friendly areas, and giveaways!
Join us to watch the first episode of “Carl the Collector,” meet Julia from Sesame Street, and participate in hands-on activities!
Carl is a warm-hearted, autistic raccoon who loves collecting things and uses his collections to solve problems in his neighborhood. His attention to detail helps him develop creative ideas others might miss.
Sheldon, Carl’s best friend, is a caring beaver who helps Carl navigate social situations.
Lotta is an artistic, autistic fox who is sensitive to loud sounds and textures.
Nico and Arugula, twin bunny sisters, are trying to define their identities.
Forrest, a hyperactive squirrel with a nut allergy, is always ready for adventure!
