Bernice King

Faith, community and political leaders gathered yesterday at historic Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta to celebrate the legacy of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.

The 47th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Annual Commemorative Service took place at the slain civil rights icon's spiritual home.

The Rev. Bernice King told a crowd at her father's spiritual home of Atlanta that much has been done to end injustice but much remains to do.

Christine King Farris, the 87 year-old sister of King, presided over the service.
