Tuesday was Governor Deal’s final day to act on legislation. The headline, of course, was his decision to veto the controversial “campus carry” bill. What factors led to his veto? Following Donald Trump’s victory in the Indiana primary, GOP leaders are now calling him the presumptive presidential nominee. Ted Cruz has dropped out of the race. How did Trump win?
