A Georgia lawmaker plans to introduce legislation to discipline universities that declare "sanctuary" status for undocumented immigrants. Emory University’s president says its supports undocumented immigrants, and is reviewing a petition by students to become a so-called “sanctuary campus.” We talk with professor Elissa Steglich of the University of Texas School of Law's Immigration Clinic. She outlines legal questions surrounding this proposed bill and what makes a school a sanctuary campus.
