As we head into another spring weekend, Mahogany Bowers of Blessings in a Bookbag and Megan Kelley of Visit Savannah have some tips for fun on the coast.Mahogany and Megan discuss weekend events.

Megan's picks:

-The Savannah Repertory Theatre's latest production offers some throwback fun. Pump Boys and Dinettes has the workers of the Double Cupp Diner and the gas station next door join together for an evening of country western songs. Thursday-Saturday, 8 p.m. and Sunday, 3 p.m.; $25 general admission, $20 kids and seniors. Show runs through May 13.

-If you've always wanted a peek into the fabulous homes and cute cottages of Tybee Island, you're in luck: it's the Tybee Island Tour of Homes this weekend. Check out eight locations, a mix of historic homes, new construction and renovated spaces. Saturday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; $45. 

-Author Mary Kay Andrews - known for her books set in and around Savannah and the Georgia coast - is launching her latest novel, The High Tide Club, with a signing at the Brice.

Mahogany's picks:

-Set your kids up for summer success with STEAM Fest at the Georgia State Railroad Museum. The event aims to promote STEAM - that is, Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math - education, with workshops and activities for attendees. Saturday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; $10 adults, $6 kids.

-The whole family - dogs included - can find something to enjoy at the Humane Society's annual Doggie Carnival in Forsyth Park. Pups can compete in the doggie derby, chill out with doggie ice cream, pose for photos with their humans and more. Sunday, 12-4 p.m.; free.

-Ready to dance? Take a trip down Motown memory lane when the Temptations and the Four Tops come to the Civic Center. Both legendary groups are well-known for their many hits in the 1960s and 70s. Sunday, 7 p.m.; $42- 85.
