President Trump promised federal help for Georgia farmers affected by Hurricane Michael.

The President spoke Monday during a visit to a Red Cross command center in Macon.

"The farmers really got hurt, especially in Georgia. In Florida, it was housing and other things and over here your farmers, those crops were really uprooted. But we're going to get it taken care of," he said.

Trump flew to Macon after touring storm damage in Florida.

Damage to Georgia crops could top two billion dollars.
