It’s been another busy week in Georgia politics. Gov. Brian Kemp announced the Patients First Act, which would give him authorization to pursue waivers for Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act. Democrats also unveiled a plan for Medicaid expansion, and the school bus safety bill became the first piece of legislation sent to the governor's office.
