Last month, Moody’s Investors Service issued a stern warning to states: address climate change or risk a credit downgrade. That report says Georgia is one of a handful of coastal states facing the highest risk from climate change. We talked with climate change reporter Christopher Flavelle of Bloomberg News and Jennette Gayer of Environment Georgia.
