Political Rewind: What Does 'Medicare For All' Mean?

On this edition of Political Rewind, members of Georgia’s congressional delegation respond to President Trump’s tweets urging Democratic congresswoman of color to go back where they came from.
Atlanta Journal-Constitution Editor Kevin Riley addresses the way news outlets depict the comments by President Trump.
“Media has come around to the view that his comments were racist," Riley said. "The bottom line is it’s tough to look at them in any other way and Republican are presented with a horrible situation.”
A panel of federal appeals court judges may uphold a lower court decision that a requirement for most citizens to have health care is unconstitutional. This is building the stakes for presidential candidates in 2020.
“It’s a problem in America and a problem in our state that we have many people who have no coverage and many people who have high deductible health plans that’ll really feel it when they have a high medical bill,” Georgia Health News CEO Andy Miller said.
“If, in fact, this is overruled, the burden falls on Republicans in the 2020 elections and for both parties to say, 'It’s time for us to come together,'” Republican Strategist Ed Lindsey said.
"It's our role as Democrats to come up with a plan and not tear anything down," Democratic State Sen. Sally Harrell said.
Also, new information on a warning from the Department of Homeland Security last year about the vulnerability of elections systems.
