On this special edition of Political Rewind, gentrification in Georgia. How does it impact the state and what does it mean?

Atlanta is the fourth-fastest gentrifying city in the U.S., and 12.0pt">gentrified areas like the BeltLine have caused housing rates to soar. Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms has called for an affordable housing plan that will invest $1 billion into public and private funding. Why are some in favor and some skeptical on this plan?

Plus, Macon has gone through the process of revitalizing the Bealls Hill Neighborhood and Savannah has a 25- year master plan to redevelop the downtown area by 2033. What have these revitalizations projects done, or will do, for neighborhood residents?
