Jimmy Carter Back In The Hospital Being Treated For An Infection

Former President Jimmy Carter is back in the hospital just days after being released from Emory University Hospital following brain surgery. Over the weekend Carter was admitted to Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus, Georgia to treat a urinary tract infection.
In a statement, a spokesperson for Carter said he "is feeling better and looks forward to returning home soon."

Carter, who at 95 is the oldest living former president, has had a number of hospital stays this year mostly for fall related injuries.
