Krog Street Tunnel in Atlanta was flooded and closed to traffic on Friday morning following Thursday’s severe weather.

The tunnel is a popular location for local art and grafitti, attracting tourists and photographers.

Several tornado watches, warnings, and flash flood warnings were issued across the state on Thursday. Thousands of people also lost power.

The weather delayed flights, flooded roadways and caused damage. Some arriving flights at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport were also delayed.

People reported flooding and debris around the metro area, including downtown Atlanta. A car was hit by a falling tree on I-285 near Dunwoody during the storm.
