A bill introduced in both houses of Congress Wednesday would create Georgia’s first national park and mark a milestone for the Muscogee Creek Nation of Oklahoma. 

Gov. Brian Kemp signed into law Wednesday a bill that requires law enforcement agencies in Georgia to check the immigration status of inmates and apply to help enforce federal immigration law.
