Vice President Kamala Harris was in Atlanta Tuesday evening for a rally to energize Georgia voters.

The Georgia State Election Board voted Tuesday to redo some of its actions amid a lawsuit accusing it of meeting illegally.

Ahead of the November election, the Georgia office of the secretary of state is making surprise spot checks of county boards of elections to ensure voting machines are working fairly and accurately.
