The center of Tropical Storm Debby reached the Georgia coast late this morning.  One death Monday is associated with the storm.

Federal agriculture officials advise farmers to document storm damage quickly.  A full crop damage assessment could take weeks.

The Public Service Commission heard final oral arguments today for and against a controversial rail project in Hancock County.
