Savannah Democrats gathered Tuesday ahead of Vice President Kamala Harris's two-day campaign swing through the area, wrapping up with a rally in Savannah Thursday.

Two workers were killed and another seriously injured Tuesday in a tire explosion at a Delta Air Lines maintenance facility near the Atlanta airport.
