Relief efforts continue in Georgia as power and water outages paralyze areas hardest hit by Hurricane Helene.

Vice President Kamala Harris visited Augusta Wednesday, touring homes damaged by Hurricane Helene and speaking to the residents who live in them.

Air quality experts say people with asthma and respiratory illnesses are more prone to health impacts following a Sunday fire at a chemical plant in Rockdale County.
