Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron, who's challenging incumbent Gov. Andy Beshear, is trying to turn the gubernatorial race into a referendum on national politics.

"The Grand Jury is meant to be a secretive body," Attorney General Daniel Cameron says in a statement. "It's apparent that the public interest in this case isn't going to allow that to happen."

Brett Hankison, who was terminated in June, has been charged with three counts of wanton endangerment. None of the three men face state charges directly over Taylor's death.

Officials also announced a series of police reforms to be adopted by the Louisville Metro Police Department. Taylor was killed by police in March.
