In an interview with NPR, former Fox News politics editor Chris Stirewalt says that network should have been proud of being first to project that Joe Biden would win Arizona.

Former U.S. Attorney BJay Pak investigated claims about voter fraud in Georgia and found they were false.

Airing the hearing would have required Fox to broadcast flat contradictions of what its personalities have told their audience in the past year and a half: that the riot was a mere legal protest.

The House voted to hold former Trump White House advisers Dan Scavino Jr. and Peter Navarro in contempt of Congress and refer the matter to the Justice Department for possible prosecution

Donald Trump's son-in-law and a former senior White House adviser substantiated information and provided his own take on different reports on the Jan. 6 attack, Democratic Rep. Elaine Luria said.

The House committee investigating the U.S. Capitol insurrection has subpoenaed more than a dozen individuals which it says falsely tried to declare Donald Trump the winner of the 2020 election. The panel is demanding information and testimony from the 14 people who the panel says met and submitted false Electoral College certificates from Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, New Mexico, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
