GPB Sports is heading to Hampton, Georgia for Week 10 of Football Fridays in Georgia. There, the 6-2 Tucker Tigers take on the 6-2 Wildcats of Lovejoy. Both teams are 3-0 in region play and the winner of this game will claim the region championship. Both the Wildcats and the Tigers are loaded with talent that will soon step onto top-level college football fields on Saturdays. Tucker is on a six-game winning streak, Lovejoy on a three-game winning streak and both these teams can light up a scoreboard. Coverage kicks off at 7:00 pm with our All Access Pass pregame show. Jon Nelson will check in with Larry Campbell, the all-time winningest coach in Georgia High School history with 477 wins. Grace Olson will be along to cover the social media world and to give us more insight into Hampton, Georgia, named one of America’s most “playful” cities in 2012 and 2013 for its commitment to maintaining state-of-the-art parks, green spaces and recreational areas. In Claire Simms' weekly 'Stop the Drop' segment, she'll give us the lowdown on the Morehouse College mentoring program, working to help kids 8 to 17 years of age stay on the right path. Matt Stewart drops by to talk recruiting and this conversation will be jampacked this week, as both teams have guys heading to Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kansas State and other Divison I programs. Former Atlanta Falcon Chuck Smith will also be on hand to talk X’s and O’s in our Chalk Talk segment right before kickoff. It should be a great Halloween treat for all of us.
