Polls are open today as Georgians decide key US House and state legislative races in the Republican and Democratic primaries.

The Georgia Secretary of State’s office said turnout has been higher than expected, causing its My Voter Page to crash.

And in Macon-Bibb County, an unknown number of voters may have cast primary ballots in the wrong state House district.
