Timothy Léon, a pop-soul musician from Camilla, Ga., joins the Peach Jam Podcast. Timothy, a preacher's kid from a small town, shares his journey and how his upbringing in a musically inclined family influenced his passion for music. Growing up around his parents' church choir, Timothy developed a deep appreciation for music, viewing it as a divine calling that could change lives.
Timothy attended the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) where he honed his craft, learning the importance of networking and the discipline of being a student of his art. After graduating, he was hired to teach private vocal lessons at SCAD Atlanta, a significant milestone in his career. Beyond music, Timothy has ventured into fashion, designing a line of shoes inspired by his creative vision and personal beliefs.
Throughout the conversation, Timothy emphasizes his commitment to inspiring others from small towns like his own. He hopes to show that achieving big dreams is possible regardless of one's origins. Timothy’s ultimate goal is to leave a lasting mark on the world through his music and creativity, encouraging others from similar backgrounds to pursue their dreams with the same fervor.
