Make That Kid An Offer Nominees: Week of October 21

GPB Sports is looking for Georgia high school football players who are having a great season and career but may need a little help getting noticed by recruiters.
Here are our nominees for the week of October 22, 2024.
Andrew Burmeister, Woodstock, MLB, SR
A 6’2 220 LBS senior middle linebacker for Woodstock, in just eight games, Burmeister has 81 total tackles with an average of 10 tackles per game, 57 of which are solo, seven TDs, two sacks, two interceptions and one fumble recovery. He runs a 4.66 40, and has offers from Columbia, Davidson, and Lenoir-Rhyne.

Alijah Patillo, Collins Hill, WR, SR
Patillo is a 6”0 170 LBS senior wide receiver for the Collins Hill Eagles that has accumulated 33 receptions for 506 yards and six touchdowns, in just eight games. He averages 15 yards a catch, and in his game against Mill Creek he had seven receptions for 103 yards and two touchdowns. Patillo has a 3.0 GPA, runs track, and does community service.

Tojuan "TJ" Peyton Jr., Lanier, RB/OLB, SR
The 5’9 200 LBS senior running back and offensive linebacker for the Lanier Longhorns is having a phenomenal season after notching 1,475 rushing yards, 10 receptions for 177 receiving yards and 21 total touchdowns. To add more to his amazing season, in week eight Peyton had a record-breaking night where he garnered 453 all-purpose yards, 283 rushing yards, four rushing TDs and a 99-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. In week nine, he set the Gwinnett County single-game rushing record with 407 yards in one game, and went on to score six rushing TDs, totally over 450 all-purpose yards, that same night.
Peyton not only stands out on the field but in the classroom as well, where he holds a 3.5 GPA. He aspires to play football at the collegiate level and major in either International Business or Entrepreneurial Studies. One day, he hopes to play in the NFL after college and open his own business.

Trenton Rhodes, Jenkins, ATH, SR
Warriors senior athlete Trenton Rhodes is a 5’7 170 LBS standout player that deserves an offer. In just seven games, he's accumulated 344 rushing yards with two TDs, 237 receiving yards with two TDs and 1,051 all-purpose yards.

Carter Triplett, Christian Heritage, QB,SR
The 6'4 201 LBS senior quarterback for the Christian Heritage Lions has 2,457 total yards, 1,723 passing and 734 rushing with 23 passing TDs and 10 rushing TDs. This impressive set of stats has earned him honorable mention All-State, First Team All-Region and First Team All-Area. To top it off, Triplett has a 3.72 GPA.
He hopes to attend a 4-year university to play football and earn his business degree.

Isaiah Davis, Jonesboro, RB, JR
Davis is a 5'11 200 LBS junior running back for the Jonesboro Cardinals. He's accumulated 646 rushing yards for 68 carries with six TDs and 56 receiving yards with three catches and two TDs. Here are a few words from Coach Larry, his position coach: "Isaiah possesses a unique blend of speed, agility, and power that makes him a dynamic threat on the field, capable of making game-changing plays at any moment. Through hard work, determination, and a never-give-up attitude, this kid has shown resilience in overcoming challenges and setbacks, showcasing his strong mental and physical toughness on and off the field.
