Primary Content
Last weekend, I was in Moultrie, Georgia to experience Colquitt County football. The Packers hosted Plant High School (Tampa, FL) and routed the Panthers with a final score of 42-8. Here are 42 things I learned about the brand new Colquitt County High School and Moultrie, Georgia.
1. Colquitt County High School is basically a mini-college.
2. Their brand new high school is worth approximately 48 million dollars.
3. There are about 1,000 computers used in the school.

5. A stuffed hog was donated to the school in 1991 from 18 Packer Boosters.
6. The home economic class is bigger than most apartments in Atlanta.
7. They have three full basketball courts. Hoops anyone?
8. That's not including the auxiliary gym.
9. They have an indoor walking track.
10. They have a dance aerobics class.
11. Their training room is something you'd expect to see at the college-level.
12. Equipped with two ice tubs.
13. The school is four stories high.
14. They have an automotive lab.
15. Which means, you can get your oil changed there (score)!
16. There's a welding lab.
17. They've built fire pits, grills, and benches at Packer Park.
18. They fix things too- like boat trailers and lawn mower equipment.

31. And in my opinion, he embodies that kind of mentality as a coach.

33. They have one player currently in the NFL- Cameron Erving.
34. He was drafted 19th overall by the Browns in 2015.
35. They've won two state titles in a twenty-year span (1994, 2014).
36. They have "repeat" written on a board in the locker room,
37. As motivation to remain State Champions.
