Activists are calling for an end to high-speed chases by law enforcement after a fatal crash in Atlanta on Monday.

A federal judge in Atlanta heard a case today that could grant temporary protections to foreign students whose visa records have been removed by the federal government.

Their case has spawned protests around the state.
