We’re all at it now…

With Region 1-7A now in region play (for their three-week sprint in a four-week time frame), everyone is now on the clock…
And when three of those four teams are in the GPB Top Ten, it makes you wonder two things…
1) Who survives and,
2) How much will the two and three seeds drop after losing to everyone else…???
My guess is: Not much…
So, with all 405 teams playing for a game ten (and games 11-15 while they’re at it…), it’s time to take the mad dash through it all to see who is where and who might be chasing them…
Starting off in central Georgia with Region 1-6A, Northside and Lee went for a while, but when you have field goal kickers that can launch as two schools in The International City do, it’s not a surprise… One of the games of the year is on the board with Ben and Frank…

Another “Game of the Year” candidate goes to Archer and Grayson. If you’re a fan of offense, this one was certainly NOT one you’d put on a mantle. But 6-3 seemed about right for this one…
Our friends at New Level Recruiting have the highlights- and there are a lot of hits in them…
Speaking of the action in region 1-5A, Warner Robins continues to impress with Dylan Fromm at quarterback. Another week, another win- this time, it was against Harris County. Also, take a peek at Coffee and HoCo and Dooly and Crawford…
Bill Shanks has the highlights from NBC41 in Macon.
Over in the east, Zach and Nathan have more big numbers put up by top-ranked teams like Aquinas, Lincoln County, Burke, and Screven. It’s another Football Friday Night, thanks to our friends at WJBF-TV
One of the hidden games that was a tremendous contest was the Heard County-Callaway game. The back and forther ended up with Heard winning 35-28 in Franklin. Here’s an early score in that one, thanks to Rodney Kay…

Aaron Beasley ran for 192 and Emory Jones was responsible for 206 by the time the night was through.
Here is your question for the week: What top prospect have you NOT seen that you’ll be racing to check out before it’s all said and done? Jones, Trevor Lawrence (who is less than 115 yards from breaking Deshaun Watson’s yardage record), or someone else we haven’t named…???
