This is an instructional webinar for supporting caregivers of 5-8-year-olds (+ siblings) to actively engage children in the science inquiry process through hands-on learning and digital play. In this session, families will explore properties of various types of mixtures to see how some can be unmixed and others cannot be unmixed. Families will engage in the science inquiry process as they observe, question, predict, investigate, and share their findings.

This is an instructional webinar for supporting caregivers of 3-5-year-olds (+ siblings) to actively engage children in building science inquiry skills through hands-on learning and digital play. In this session, families will use science inquiry to extend the concepts discovered in The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That! episode “All Sorts of Things.” Children will develop their observation and investigation skills by sorting a variety of human-made and household objects by their properties.
Reading Engagement for At-Home Playful Learning

Did you know there are several "story time" strategies you can use while reading to your child, to help him develop early literacy skills without him ever knowing? Helping kids to begin developing literacy skills during early childhood is key to healthy development and success in their future schooling.
